INTRODUCTORY FAMILY CONSTELLATION SESSION

In this one-off session you begin to explore your family dynamics in relation to
an issue that you may wish to bring to a group. This session is designed to be an
introduction to Family Constellation work, and an appropriate space in which you
can have your questions answered from a theoretical perspective.

In this one-hour session we will work using symbols and you will begin to have a sense of the hidden ties that bind you to your family.

Please note: this exploratory session is not a substitute for group work. Family Constellation was devised by Bert Hellinger to be experiential, and in my opinion the full power and healing of this method require a group context. However, the introductory session is often helpful for orientation, for pre-handling concerns and questions, and for setting intentions for the group work.
