I have just got something to share with you: "Gently"

In this light I am

breathing in and out

gently aware of

the rising and falling

of my chest

Gently letting

the breath reach

down into

my belly.

In this light I am

breathing love

gently expanding

releasing and permeating

everything that is.

I am love in this love

this moment of light

gently breathing me.
